Open Air Circus, August 10-12 in Somerville, MA


Come see my mime and commedia dell'arte students perfom with the Open Air Circus, Somerville's own youth circus, this coming weekend at Nunziato Field in Union Square.

This is my third year teaching mime and my first teaching commedia to the wonderfully funny bunch of kids at Open Air.

Show times are:

Friday, August 10 @ 7pm
Saturday, August 11 @ 2pm & 7pm
Sunday, August 12 @ 2pm

Tickets are $3

Don't know if I will have a video up on the blog-- I am still learning how to incorporate different media into my blog. However, Open Air Circus generally does create a program each year for the from one of shows we will do this coming weekend.

The local NPR station,
WBUR also recorded a feature on our rehearsals last night which I believe will aire on Friday. Yes: Circus on the radio! The pictures in your head are great!

blogger isn't properly rendering the "a href" tag in the comments section again.

All other mistakes are my own and result from the peculiar hour of the night.

I do not know if the WBUR story ever aired-- nothing seems to register on a search of their archive, however, the Somerville Journal ran an article after the fact:
